How quickly can someone begin treatment after reaching out?

After your initial assessment and insurance verification, most clients can begin treatment within 24–72 hours, depending on availability and individual needs.

    Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We work with most major insurance providers and offer free insurance verification. While we are out-of-network for some plans, many clients still receive partial or full coverage.

What if my loved one is reluctant to seek help?

It is common for people to resist treatment. While we do not provide interventions, we can connect you with trusted professionals and offer guidance to help you support your loved one.

Yes. We welcome prospective clients and families to schedule a private tour of our Boulder facility and sober living homes.

What should I bring with me to treatment?

You will receive a full packing list after enrollment. Generally, bring comfortable clothing, approved medications, and a few personal items. We provide essentials like hygiene products and linens.

Do you offer support after treatment ends?

Yes. We offer continuing care, alumni support, and resources to help you stay connected and supported long after your program ends.

Will my treatment be customized to my needs?

Yes. Each client receives a personalized treatment plan based on their unique history, goals, and clinical needs. We combine evidence-based and holistic therapies to support whole-person healing.

    Do you offer detox services?

While we do not provide on-site detox, we work closely with trusted local partners and can help coordinate a safe medical detox before starting your program with us.

Can I work or go to school while in treatment?

Many clients in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) continue with work or school. We offer flexible day and evening options to support your schedule and responsibilities.

    Is housing available during treatment?

Yes. We offer gender-specific sober living homes in Boulder for clients who need a structured, supportive living environment during PHP or IOP.
